Entered as Spray Technician and progressed to Senior Assistant Superintendent, supporting daily course operations, teams, collegiate golf and improvement projects.
2012–2018
Superintendent leadership across multiple properties, including course improvement, team development, irrigation and renovation work.
2018–Present
Director of Agronomy across eight San Antonio municipal golf properties, integrating agronomy, people, equipment, infrastructure, planning, safety and capital projects.
How I lead

Clear expectations matter. So do training, communication and the opportunity to grow. I believe leaders should provide structure while giving people the tools and trust to succeed.
My goal is not simply to solve today's problem. It is to build teams and systems that are better prepared for tomorrow.
